Will this PSU supply my rig?

I have this power supply and I REALLY dont want to get another one, but I'm not sure if it can power my build.

I have all my parts, so here is my build

E8400 (plan to OC to 4ghz)
MB GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R P45 775 R - Retail
SAPPHIRE 100259L Radeon HD 4870 512MB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP (maybe minor OC)
4 gb DDR2 1066
Antec 900
CPU COOLER XIGMATEK|HDT
HD 640G|WD WD6401AALS


So do I need to upgrade my psu? (please say no )

An Antec Basiq probably won't explode or anything, but I doubt it will handle those OCs. 4Ghz on an E8400 is going to be fairly sensitive to voltage ripple and droop.

If you do use it, be sure to use both rails to power the 4870.
