XP loss of start up menu and rund32.exe

Hello,
Have lost all items in start up menu due to virus, now I can't open anything in control panel due to lost rundll32.exe application. How do I fix this as its all pretty stuffed!!

If you haven't removed the malware, boot into safe mode (F8 during post) and install and run malwarebytes from a usb, after that do a quick search for some of the start up items, some malware just move the files somewhere else, and as for the rundll32.exe try fixing with your OS's CD
