How to set connection using Wavecom Fastrack Supreme modem via Windows

i can not build a connection using my wavecom fastrack supreme modem (serial cable) windows xp platform ,it always return with "No Carrier" on AT command on hyper terminal. Please somebody help me with this problems... Related ressources:
