What do you guys think of this Video Card??

Alright so here is the video card Iam looking at purchaseing http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130429 Before you say anything here are a few factors to consider.
1.) Im only running a 19" LCD ( 1280 x 1024 ) ( technicly I run dual monitors but shut the other one off during gameing )
2.) I have a <very> limited power supply and really do not want to spend the extra $ for a new one on top of buying a more expensive video card
3.) I proably dont have a TON of room to spare as this card will almost barely fit in my case ( I checked the measurments and it should be fine , just nothing bigger)
So what do you think? to me it seems like a lot of bang for the buck and will allow some oc. Feedback??

Sounds like you are buying too much card actually.

Talking 80 bucks, less than half the price of what you are looking at. Take into account, you say your PSU is limited, the 4670 does not require an external power connector which is better for a lower power PSU.

Also, since you shut down one monitor during games, a 4670 should be able to run most games at your resolution with no problems. So honestly, I would take a step or 2 down then that would leave you some cash to upgrade that power supply and what not. Or if you want to spend the 200, pick up an ATI radeon 4850 which is a great card for the money for say about 140-150, then use the rest to upgrade the power supply. That way you have a great card and are set for games later. Though if you want to save some cash, I still think you would be relatively happy with the 4670 at the resolution you are going to be playing at.

ten bucks more but not just only "ten bucks" performance higher than HD4670
If you get a 300w PSU or higher you can think about it.
