Phenom 550 overclocking

Dear friends,

I am having Phenom 550 black edition processor. and mother board of
Gigabyte GA- MA 78 GM DS 2H.
This mother board have 780 chip on north and 700 chip of south bridge.
please tell can i over clock my CPU or not. and how.

what about the risk involve in over clocking.

Yes you can overclock on this board but not unlock cores. Please read some guides for instructions.
