Maximum temperature harddisk

Hello, what's the max temperature an external harddrive may be. I just bought a seagate 2tb expansion drive that reports 66C.

66C? or 66F? If it is 66C, then that is a bit hot. What is the temperature of the room where you keep the drive?

66 celsius, the room is 26 celsius. the seagate housing doesn't allow much airflow.

Anything over 60C is very bad. I would return that drive.
