Need some advice about Ram overclocking

I just set together my build, and i would like some advice on what to do and what not to do.

I currently got the P6TX58D Premium mobo, 12gb Gskill F3-12800CL7T-6Gb Pi and a i7 930. I would like to OC the ram abit, but i don't really know what to do. I did read some threads, but I'm not entirely sure of what to do still.

Any suggestions?

Run it at the stock speed or lower with tighter timings, you will see very, very little benefit (IF any at all) by OCing your ram. Just not worth the hassle with DDR3.

I got 3 questions,
What happens if i change the frequency from 1066 to higher?
What does Row Refresh Cycle do?
Should i change the Row Refresh Cycle number?

If your ram is running at 1066 and is 1600 ram, YES set the correct speed in your Bios and set the correct timings and voltage as per the sticker on your ram.

As for your questions on specific timings, once again it's not going to mean much (practically nothing in real world benches):
