Here is the deal. About 2 months ago, I bought a Masscool heatsink for 75$ Canadian. At first I was impressed by the performance, however the fan stopped spinning completely! Total piece of junk.

I bought a 92mm "chassis fan", and put it inside the heatsink. Now it seems to work. The only problem is that the old fan had 4-pins (my motherboard has 4 pins for the CPU fan), but the new fan only has 3 pins. Does this change anything? Thanks.
