Wd hard drive not showing up on computer

i hit safely remove hardware before i unhooked my hard drive from the tower computer. now 4 days later the computer isn't reconzing it or the hard drive is not showing up under my computer?

start > run >diskmgmt.msc
See if the drive is listed, perhaps it simply no longer has a drive letter assigned to it.

iT SHOWS UP THERE BUT SAYS UNALICATED. I have unistalled the devise from device manager when i plug it in it installed the drivers I hear the beeping when turning it on, but I am unable to open it
