from kodak support website?

Gee Zig Thanks a bunch. Your reply is only typical of the same bullsh*t I got from Kodak's help site. Maybe if enough of us switch suppliers clowns like you will be out of work!

sounds like a great idea, while you are at it, make sure your new supplier has "full mommy" and "pampering" service included at no cost. although I have no clue what it has to do with my job... (biomedical engineering)

the file you are speaking of comes with the easyshare software (since it's required for it to interface properly with the camera) and the said software is readily available on kodak website. So, what was your problem with kodak website?

Both microsoft wizards AND a freshly downloaded version of Kodak's Easyshare popped up windows stating that DcCam.sys files were required when I attempted to download photos
