Update bios

my motherboard biostar T690G and i want to update bios, but when i go to biostat.com. i cant get it.can you give me solutions!!!

I found this for you but it is only a guess because I dont think you listed the MB correctly. This is for a TA-690G
Open your case and read the model number to be sure of what you have.
