Hey i am working on building a budget system and was wondering if there was any major difference between these board besides the obvious form factor . I am planning on doing some OC but nothing major. i also plan on using onboard video and audio. as for a CPU i will be using the Athlon 64 X2 7750 BE any suggestions and comments appreciated.

UD3H at the very least, allows higher RAM OC and has got more expansion slots. Aside from that, both motherboards are virtually alike.

Ya, you may not even need the extra features, it a judgment call. Take care.

Maybe a few extra features here and there. AMD 780G either way. I'm sure both have intigrated video. Either way you get AMD 780G, which is not bad.

Just to bring this to your notice that I bought an ASUS board with 780G chipset M3N h- HDMI. It could not send display to the motherboard. I looked up on the net and apparently I was not alone and neither was ASUS. Its a common problem on a HD 3200/780G chipset. Please google 780G problems and you will find them. I am at work so cant send you the links right now, but just wanted to bring this to your notice. I still dont know if it was the motherboard or the chipset. So, I just RMA'd it for a Gigabyte 790GX motherboard (MA 790GX UD 4H), which has HD 3300 onboard and its running fine. This system was for my brother.

Then I bought a system for myself with ASUS M4A 78T-E having 790GX/HD 3300. It runs great.

So, please look into it more and research before you buy a mobo with 780GX chipset. Its not necessary that you will face problem with it, but what if you do???
