at the moment i am running 1066 ddr2 memory. is it possible to have ddr2 800 running on my board at the same time?
just want to know cause i have 4 gig of 800 laying on my desk winking at me going "make your computer faster by putting me in " but afraid that if i do that ill blow something up.
specs are up to scratch in my signature cept for the cpu which i am pushing at 4.55 ghz
thanks for any help in advance!

It should work, but all of your memory would be running at the speed of the slower memory.
What voltage are you running on that E8500 by the way?
1.386xxx
the xxx means the aditional numbers in bios. cant remember what they are.
cant tell you through real temp though cause have just down clocked to test out some things, dam bsods... will post back here though when i do put it back up.
