Not new, and it's funny how it's mentioned at the beginning of the video, but you still don't get it, it's about TRANSCODING, not ENCODING. So it's not like it's the Premiere plug-in that accelerate encoding.

It's nice, but it's still not as good quality as the CPU software optimized transcodes, but the quality is good enough for portable devices, and currently much better than their GPU competitors.
