Hello,

I recently had a computer made for me that happens to use a X58 pro motherboard, and the computer will start fine, the sound works, as does the internet. The problem is the usb's don't work like my mouse and keyboard. I've called back the store that built my computer and they won't do anything, and the internet hasn't been helpful, any help will be nice.

That's weird of your computer shop... you can threaten them with a refund request if they can't even be bothered to look into that...

Any USB device won't work when you plug it in? Maybe USB access has been disabled on your BIOS, suggest you consult your motherboard manual for more details.
