I am only using 4gb of memory and a 4870 1GB. Im still getting used to the fact that I have to find some files on my harddrive cuz i cant find them on my programs. I guess cuz its 64bit. also some programs wont work. If Im only using 4gbs. Should I do a fresh install with 32bit instead?

What do you mean? It has nothing to do with 64 bit.

32-bit will help only if you use older applications that just won't work with Vista 64. You could upgrade the applications instead of downgrading the OS.
