Just for my mum, doesnt need anything special, dont need any periphals or monitor, have a dell OEM psu (pretty **** ~320w) and hdd, apparently dell cases arent ATX so need a case, mobo, memory, (gpu? or onboard?) cpu and thats about it, set on all drives.
The total is 207.96. Well you still need the drives, perephrials, and an OS. I guess you could go with a cheaper board like the ASRock ALiveNF6P-VSTA for 47.99 to make it under budget if you need a copy of windows. You could also go with a cheaper case, but it all depends on what you like. Most of the $30-$45 cases are more cheap gaming cases. Just don't go for one of those really cheap $20 cases from someone like Linkworld as you wouldn't believe how flimsy they are. You get what you pay for after all.
