Hello,
Do I have a dead motherboard? No beep, no BIOS screen. no screen display , no fans

take out all cards and memory and see if it beeps.

then add memory and test again (if you have more then one stick test one at a time)

then add the video card and test.

Power supply would be good to check also, maybe change outlets/power cable.

It would help if you used a more descriptive title.

I'd try resetting the CMOS first - find the little coin battery on the motherboard and remove it for 5 minutes. Emerald and hang-the-9 also have some good ideas.
