Question about efficiency

My pc meets the recommended system requirements for cod4 (system info at very bottom of the page) but even so i have to play it on minimal settings 800x640 resolution with an average fps value of 64, so I did a memory bandwidth test with SiSoftware Sandra and it gave me a "Warning 5400 : Low bandwidth efficiency (advanced). Check memory timings and settings." as well as "Bandwidth Efficiency : 42.26%"
I tried going into the bios to find anything but i dont seem to have that option :S here are the test results:

After that I did just looked at mainboard info using SiSoftware sandra and i found this:

What does it mean that Maximum installable memory is 1gb? I bought the PC already with 2 gb, does it mean that one gb is just sitting there being useless? Looking further down the info it said:

So now im thinking whats the real value of ram that i have and if its only 1 gb, is there any way i can fix it? I will upload some screen shots of my bios screen later if there is any need, i would appreciate any answers that you might have regarding the ammount of ram i actually use and if i can enable the other gig that i have installed. Well for cod4 i have above recommended settings so i would think that i should play on medium settings with a decent FPS, but thats not my main question, what i would like to know is the efficiency, why is it so low and what it means max installable ram is only 1 gb?

Sorry my native tongue isn't english so my questions might be wierdly phrased.
So rephrasing my questions:
Does anyone know what 'Bandwidth Efficiency : 42.26%' is? Is that percentage really bad? And if yes, is there a way to fix it?
Also:
'Maximum Installable Memory : 1GB' - does it mean that each stick can only be 1GB or the total memory that my system can handle is 1GB?
Also:
'Warning 2541 : FSB exceeds Chipset rated speed. Reduce FSB.' - how do I do that, I tried through BIOS but don't seem to have anything to do with FSB or timings there...
