I wouldn't buy it.

A 300 watt generic PSU is totally inadequate for any kind of gaming machine. It will need to be replaced.

Looks like the case has no fans - figure $15 to $20 for fans.

The Seagate drive is two generations back from current drives. I think the .10's are first generation vertical recording drives. And current Seagate's have had serious firmware problems.

you can buy retail versions of E7200 for $120 and E8400 for $165. Currently, the C2D's make better processors for gaming than the quads. The retail versions give you a better warrantee.

Kingston RAM is about $40 a set so the TD price is no deal.

The TD return policies are going to be much more restrictive the newegg's. And notice the "ships in 7 - 21 days". If newegg has it in stock, they ship immediately.

There's a reason why newegg is the vendor of choice for many of us.
