Bios Save Proplem

Hi goes
i have proplem with my manbord Bios it is not saveing any setting or changes on Bios when i do it..
i tryed these Solutions

Press F10 ...Chose Yse and exit... Does not work
chose custom Duflot .and try ... Does not work
replese new battry ... Does not work
but the battry out for 3 huors ... Does not work
try clear cmos jumper ... Does not work
update bios i do it ... Does not work
but out all system pieces and left prosser and ram only ... Does not work
try it by take manbord out the case ... Does not work
install new windows ... Does not work

my sestem:
DG31PR intel
E7300 C2D 2.66 3M 1066BFSP
DDR2 2G 800FSP
640 G HDD WD
450 W Pwer supply
pilt in VGA

I have used that board and the one i had ran fine 100% when I didn't try to change settings other than date/time. I still have it and it works great as long as all settings are on auto. No overclock ability whatsoever.

ok fine but i didn`t try make overclock ... i just change the VGA ram from 128 to 256 .. and change some boot setting .. if the board run fine only when you didn`t make change on Bios so that mane it`s not good board please help me to get max ram to my VGA ..
