Help on picking a new SLI motherboard?

Current build:

-730 SLI EVGA board
-Athlonx2 5200+
-9600 GSO XFX 768mb DDR (I have 2 of them, but my motherboard only has one PCI-E)
-4 Gig RAM 800mhz
-Vista 32 bit
-400gig SATA HDD
-650 PSU

I'm pretty sure you can't do most of this stuff, but IDK gotta ask.

-Is there a motherboard that can do SLI, and that can also support AM2/AM3 at the same time CPU?
-Is there a motherboard that can support both DDR2/DDR3 memory?

Motherboard needs to be: (importance)

-SLI
-2 or more PCI-E slots, must be x16
-Quad core/Phenom support
-Either DDR2/DDR3 support

I'm looking to upgrade my RAM/CPU maybe even exchange my CPU with an Intel instead of AMD.
