Intel just released their updated Desktop Control Center Beta, which lets you do in-OS overclocking and monitoring.
While the overclocking I'm not so sure about, as far as I know, it's the only program that lets you see these board's ACTUAL voltage and temperature levels.
It requires the newest BIOS revision for your board, which is 1997. The BIOS update works with both the DX38BT and the DX48BT2 motherboards.
As a quick note: Overclocking on the 1997 BIOS lets me boot my e5200 at 4ghz with 1.42v, which I was unable to do before, but I can't get it stable until I pull it down to 3.75, with a minimum voltage of 1.38v. (it's nice knowing exactly how much juice the proc is getting)
