Passive cooling for sapphire HD 4830

hello guys,

i'm using a sapphire HD 4830 and i love it. recently i've been obsessing with creating a silent PC. i've already reduced the speed of my stock CPU fan to below 1000rpm; replaced the northbridge fan with a passive heatsink solution, and replaced the PSU with gigabyte superb 550w which is running virtually silent. the only issue i have right now is the HD 4830 fan is pretty loud compared to the other fans.

so i'm trying to look for passive solution for the card, or at least a silent fan.

interestingly, i cant find any options for HD 4830. it's all either 4850 or 4870. apparently sapphire is using a custom PCB and does not follow the AMD reference card. does this mean i'd have to find/make a custom solution for this card?
