Hi there,

I recently had to RMA an evga 8800gtx and evga kindly sent me back a 9800gtx+ 1gb. About a month ago I picked up a couple 9600gt's based on some benchmarks I ran. My question is which one should I keep? I like to use dual monitors, but that takes a backseat to high FPS in games such as Far Cry 2, Lotro, WoW, and any other future release.

I am disappointed in the limitations on SLI that I thought would have been resolved by now such as v-sync, dual monitors, and game compatibility.
So I ask, which one should I keep and which should I sell? Any advice would be very helpful!

Single card is always the way to go if possible.

What resolution are you using?
a c 190 U Graphics card

9800GTX+
Single card is still the most stable way to go and it`s performance is not tied to driver updates or profiles which can dry up without warning.

the single card, single gpu solution is inherently less hassle. the 9800 GTX+ is a nice card. i would keep it.
