So...I'm stuck between three different types of ram from corsair. If only the heatsink is different, I don't see why I shouldn't buy the cheapest one here.

Corsair XMS3 DDR3 6GB(3x2gb) 8-8-8-24 1600 RAM

I'm not sure, but it doesn't seem different to me besides the fancy heatsink.
There are also 2 different types of DOMINATOR-type corsair ram....They seem EXACTLY identical, except one is cheaper...and one came out more recently...

More expensive Corsair Dominator 6GB(3x2gb) 8-8-8-24 1600 RAM

Less expensive Corsair Dominator 6GB(3x2gb) 8-8-8-24 1600 RAM

I really dunno which to get. Is there any difference at all? I intend on overclocking to at least 4GhZ on my i7-920. Thanks.

The Dominator heat spreader on options 2 and 3 will cool a bit better than the XMS style on the first kit you listed. Also, the 3rd kit you listed has the newer Dominator heat spreader that has the connector for our parametric AIRFLOW PRO unit. All 3 kits will get you to 4GHz assuming your CPU is up to the task. It just depends on if you want bells and whistles for the extra $$$.
