This motherboard has an 8-pin connection in the back, near the ps2 ports. Is this an EPS 12 volt connection?

The power supply looks like it has two 4-pin connectors that can be combined to fit the 8-pin connector on the motherboard...?????

I'm not recommending this PSU I'm merely answering your question. The above combo will work allowing you to use the 8 CPU connection. This PSU has a: CPU 4+4 Pin x 1 option. In your case just use both side by side.
