Anyone know how to change the UHF RF Channel on the above Sky Digibox ?, I
can't find it on any menus.

I also have a problem where some channels disappear from the listing eg 101,
103, 104 etc. I don't subscribe and only watch the free channels but have an
out of date sky card in the slot. Removing the card and re-inserting appears
to re-add the missing channels for a period.
