can you raid 0 differnt ssd brands. ex ocz and Kingston.

You could. BUT:

1). They SHOULD be the same size. Else the array will only be 2x the smallest drive.
2.) The array speeds will only be 2x the slowest drive (theoretically).

Does that mean it will slowdown to the same spec as the non matching drive in terms of speed ?

Is there anything wrong with buying one from amazon.com I know buying them from amazon has no warranty I am having a hard time chocking up 120 bucks for a 30 GB ssd. Should I be worried about a warrenty on a ssd?
