I have my HD 3870 x2 enabled but there is only 512MB shown and also my 3Dmark06 score is always around 7500, any one can help me?

Wait,do u have one single HD 3870X2 or 2 HD 3870s in SLI ?
If u have 2x HD 3870 512MBs in SLI,u still have 512MB memory because CrossFire doesnt double the memory

mine laptop is Alienware M17 and i choose 1G for my graphic card, and it says its a HD 3870X2, so no matter how, it should have 1G shown right?

ALIENWARE M17 has 2 HD 3870 512MB on it mate :) it will show 512MB, SLI/CF doesnt double the memory ;)

i know about that but the 3Dmark06 is only 7500..how is that possible? my CPU is T9400, can u tell me how to make 3Dmark06 higher with out over clock it? cuz i saw other AW M17 with same spec hit like 10K or higher....

around 30 in WOW and I can only play at low set in GTA4 also the memory appears in game that can be use in only 498MB, so thats definitely not 1G memory of my ATI card....do i need activated another 512MB card or what should i do?

and i checked the ship list of my M17 it said M17 ATI RADEON M88 XT 512MB HD3870 MASTER REV.1 VIDEO/GRAPHIC CARD AND M17 ATI RADEON M88 XT 512MB HD3870 SLAVE REV.1 VIDEO/GRAPHIC CARD

M17(W840) CROSSFIRE CABLE VIDEO/GRAPHIC CARD......so what should i do.....help me.....:(

Right click on desktop and go to Catalyst control center,information center,graphic hardware,in there check that u have a Primary adaptor and a linked adaptor to be sure that CrossFire is enabled.
Also download GPU-Z and check with that too.

Make sure u have the latest Catalyst driver installed too.
