Best combo of headset and sound card for gaming

I have Vista 64 bit and am basically looking for the best combo of headset and sound card for mostly gaming. The best looking combo I've come across is SENNHEISER PC166 along with Auzentech Xi-Fi Forte. Anyone have any suggestions?
