Need help finding the right CPU cooler!

I'm looking for a good cooler. One that will fit my case (130mm clearance) and be able to handle moderate overclocking. I would like to spend no more than $60. I've been looking on NewEgg ,but they are not very descriptive with the heatsink Dimensions on some models.
