I'm looking for the best overclocking memory or more specifically the best overclocking memory with the best warranty for overclocking.

I've decided on a video card based on the fact that EVGA was the best for video cards but now I'm on to ram

I heard that Crucial Balistax is really good as well. Anyone else know of any others?

My experience with Ballistix was terrible. I bought 4 sticks, one failed in less than a month, rma'd it and then the other 3 sticks failed within a couple weeks. Rma'd all 4 and got 4 new ones, they are sitting in a box in my closet.
I replaced that junk with Corsair XMS and its been running great overclocked for about 10 months now.
All brands have a lifetime warranty but I think you'll find the Corsairs, even the cas5's are awesome overclockers.

The absolute best DDR2 that I know of is this stuff:

------------------------------ Asus P6T deluxe
i7 965 @ 4.2GHz (200*21), 1.384V
12GB Corsair Dominator DDR3-1600 CAS 7

OCZ Flex XLC 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1200

$69 w/ free shipping, lifetime warranty

If you plan to overclock, don't bother with 800 or 1066.

Yeah, but that stuff is rated at DDR2-1200 2.1-2.3V, while the stuff I linked is DDR2-1200 1.8V. The lower voltage memory will run cooler, and overclock better than the higher voltage stuff.
