guys i just purchased this board and got a coolermaster 690 case i managed to connect all the internal headers but couldnt find where to connect the

1. hd audio header
2. ac'97 header

plz help me out!!!!

does the connector on the back of the Mboard work? You must have gotten a manual with the Motherboard, does that show you where to plug the connectors? If tou have no Manual go to the board website and download a manual. You should find your connections there. In the meantime, use the hard wired connector.

i got 1 front panel audio connector now what do i do with the ac'97 connector???

and i have a corsair vs550 power supply i plugged in everything properly but the power supply wont start its so very frustrating as i worked on managing the cables for around 4 hours

guys please help me out

i plugged in all the power cables checked all the internal connectors but when i press the power switch nothing happens nothin turns on im in a real fix plz tell me if any mistake is being made.

As shown on page 7 of your manual, the audio connector is just behind the audio portion of your backpanel, and is labeled f-audio. The HD and AC97 plugs are on the same wires, you plug in the one labeled "HD".

As for your other problem, given what's been posted I have to ask . . . did you turn your power supply's switch on?

hey thanks for the reply!!! i found out the problem actually a small screw stuck behind the mobo was touching the cabinet mb panel .

removed that and now its working like a charm!!!
