Overclocking

You'd have to be a little more specific with your motherboard (model). Also, what kind of overclocking options do you see in your BIOS?

http://www.asrock.com/MB/overview.asp?Model=4CoreDual-S... kiind of overclocking in bios:now is on auto and there are also:cpu,pcie async and cpu,pcie sync with the posibility of modifying some settings:the cpu fsb,pci frequency.but i cannot find(and i dont even know) a better configuration for overcloking this.i think i need the maximum for these settings because changing these i also have to change also the power of ram etc .i dont really know what exactly do i have to do.
