My linksys storage device is not working..........device can't access hard disk and not getting power. what can i do???

Well, the odds of anyone being able to troubleshoot that over the internet are pretty low. Not getting power sounds like a hardware issue, you may want to contact Linksys for repair info.

If you want help here, you need to at least give more info.

thanks mr. gtvr. but i dont know nothing else......that type of possibly problem done you guess.....please i m not providing support to customer coz this product is market out..............please help me

how about....

what model is it? Do you even have a power light on the device? Did it suddenly stop working? What have you tried?
