Is there any software out there which will do as many of the following :
1. Has a browser so i can view my mp3's (over 11000 mp3s !), then mark the
ones i want to have converted for my Pocket PC. (also have some kind of
player built in if poss).
2. Will convert the mp3 into 128kbs but only if already higher (e.g. 160 or
192 etc), if the file is already 128 or 96 then it leaves it alone (must NOT
alter the original mp3s on my HD).
3. Preserve the ID3 tag for viewing on the pocket PC.
4. Automatically do the above, then put the converted mp3 onto my CF Card
(which is in a card reader, i.e. it shows up in 'my computer' as Drive L).
I know things such as DBPower Amp, CoolEdit will do this, but i want it to
be automated and only convert the file if it is already higher than, say
128kbs (to fit as much on the Pocket PC as i can).

Did you look at all the options in DBPoweramp? It's the most versatile
converter I've seen.
