is this normal?

That's not too bad. Are these bios temps? Try running speedfan, it's a little more accurate.

Thtat's fine. Could be better but it's not bad. Don't worry nothing wrong will happen to your CPU. Well, if you will start overclock it, be careful.

Also try to clean your CPU, and put new thermal compound on it.
