if .. like this .. I pull the CMOS battery of the CPU..> do the password that exist in the booting process can be restore.. in short - the password that I put earlier and then I suddenly pull the battery , can I restore it.. Please ! Help me on this.. thank you..

No, pulling the MB CMOS battery will not restore the Windows OS password.

Where exactly during the "booting process"? During POST or after POST once Windows have loaded (in which case what badge said applies)?

Pulling CMOS battery can only clear password(s) set via BIOS settings which are system(asked during POST) and supervisor(asked when entering BIOS setting) password.
