I would be a bit worried about this PC. It has a lot of low grade parts in it. PSU, Ram isn't the best, graphics card are older cards, CPU is only a 2ghz stock, Motherboard is nforce chipset..

like wolf said if this thing is used at all i'd say $500-$600. If brand new I'd consider getting a warrenty with the power supply, or getting an upgrade for it.

Quick answer: No its not...

Thanks guys. I'm thinking to get it and the guy claims it was built for DX10 lastest games. There is a system also I would consider to buy it off, it is cheaper $100 usd:

*cpu intel core2 quad q8200 2.33 x4 core

*motherboard asus intel g31 chipset motherboard with gb lan hd audio sound card

* ram 4gb ddr2 800 run as dual channal

*hdd sata2 32m cache 1000gb hdd
(3plate design more fast more silent)

* video card geforce 9800gt with 512 m video ram

*20x dvdwriter with lightscribe function

* monitor samsung 22 incl lcd monitor

I would try to build it but a bit of nerve when it comes to technical skills which I don't want to break the system myself. I have never tried before. However, Would you advise me the custom build system at $1000 usd budget ?

The parts you listed would come to around $750. Additional components (case, power supply, keyboard, mouse, Licensed Windows OS) can all be added for around $250. Again, if this is a new system, seems about right (provided all the additional components I listed are included). If it's used, no more than $500.
