Big Shuriken and Shuriken Rev. B

Hi All,
I'm currently planning my next HTPC and would like to install the most silent heatsink/cooler in it using the Silverstone Grandia GD05 case.
First, I would like to know what is the difference between Big Shuriken and Shuriken Rev. B?
Second, In case money is not an issue and I won't use a water-cooling, Is one of them is the best silent heatsink/cooler I can get for my HTPC?

Usually a revised edition has improvements over the previous version.
Generally they support more sockets.
100mm fan on Rev B and supports more mobos.
