Hi

I run the Southern-most computer shop in Africa.

My client has spec'ed a high end gaming PC and requires an Asus Striker II Formula motherboard which isn't available in my country anymore.

It's got to be a DDR2 motherboard.

Are there any distinct differences between the Striker and the P5N72-T Premium or P5N-T Deluxe boards?

Any opinions on the XFX or MSI offerings in comparison to the Striker II Formula.

Thanks

David

The P5N-T Deluxe is premium garbage. I'm embarrassed to say I own one although I didn't buy it, I got a model change after my 650i died which had been discontinued. I don't use the computer with the P5N-T much but I wish it would die so I could justify buying another board. From what I've seen the P5N72-T Premium isn't much better. If your customer plans on OCing find another board, I hear the EVGA 780i boards are pretty decent, you might want to look in that direction and check some reviews.
