sameev29 the 8800gt sli will be better compared to a single 9800gtx or 9800gtx+ but if you put the 9800gtx or + in sli they will be a little better than the 8800gt.your not going to see that much improvement comparing the 8800gt sli unless you go with 285 gtx or 295 gtx in sli.
you could go to toms vga charts and see for yourself the differents.hope this helps you out.

Other than Crysis, any single one of those cards should be good for 12x10 or 10x7. (2 different aspect ratios BTW, 5:4 & 4:3)
