Just got my rampage II, never new it came with an audio card. Would my Titanium Fratality Pro be better then the one the mobo comes with? Or whats the deal?

Your card would be much better than the onboard the MB comes with.

Its not onboard, it comes with an X-FI sounds card thats made for the MB lol

lol, See my configuration. The onboard sound is ok, but nothing like what the Creative card you are tryng to compare it too. Do you really think ASUS would put a two hundred dollar sound card on a MB and sell it for the price you paid?

I have two Rampage 2 boards, one using the Creative card that was included and one using a Fatal1ty Platinum. While the included card is better than a simple onboard sound, it is nowhere as good as a full Fatal1ty card. Its just as Badge said, ASUS is not going to stick a $200 card on a board for the price they ask.
