I have a Radeon 4550 that I connected my Sharp Aquos HDTV to and while everything seems to work, the video seems to blink (not on and off but just brighter/less bright) around the edges of all the windows. The main window doesn't seem to do it.

The Radeon is detecting my TV as a generic Sharp HDMI (it is an LC-40C37U) not sure if this makes a difference or not? Do they make drivers for these HDTV's? And could this be the issue? Thanks.
