Disk morror without scsi

Hi, i have mirrored 2 hardrives and I am using a controller to convert to scsi. Now i bought another two 500Gb sata harddrives and and the card i am using can only add my current harddrives, so whe i add the new harddrives the system trys to boot up from the new drives and they are not carring the OS and it doesnt give me the option of booting up from the virtual drives. Please help..
