9500GT 512MB is better than the 9400GT 1GB. More vram does not always make much of a difference.

+1 to kay09, the 4670 should kill either of those cards. I've got a 9600gt myself, but the 4670 is not far behind it in performance, and trust me, for what I paid for my 9600 which was 85 bucks I think, man it's great. Get the 4670 I doubt you'll be dissapointed.

If you're willing to spend about $10 more I would go with a 4830...it should kill any of the cards above.

+1 to 4670. Stay away from the 9400GT, being DDR2 is not worth it. Also, if you can afford it, the 4830 would be the best deal here.
