Asus x48 or x58

I am going to buy new motherboard,I just wanted to know which motherboard to purchase either asus rampage formula x48 motherboard with intel Q9650 or asus rampage extreme II x58 motherboard with i7 920.
please help me to choose best one for gaming.

go for the i7, but change the motherboard to ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 and save $80
