Memory question

Ok, quick question.

If i run memtest86+ with both sticks of ram and my pc restarts as the test beings.. would my ram be faulty?

If i run the test with each chip separately it works fine with no errors..

Plz help me im having no luck with this getting fixed for awhile now

It depends on the RAM and how you set it up. You probably didn't configure it correctly (incorrect timings and/or voltage). If you need additional help, provide details about the motherboard and memory modules.
