What kind of power supply do you have? If it is a Corsair or PC Power & Cooling, then yes, definitely, it all depends on the brand and the amperage value on the 12v rail or rails...

Enermax is a great brand for Power Supplies, you should be ok with that PSU for 2 x 250's do you know the amp value on the 12v rail for that enermax?
